I'm Liana. I’m a Success & Mindset Coach. I help millennial women who feel stuck and unfulfilled in their lives gain clarity in the life they most want to live. I help them overcome self-doubt and fear so they can start showing up and living the life of their dreams.
For the majority of my life, self-doubt and fear kept me from living my truth. Back in school, I was shy, quiet and too afraid to speak my mind. You know that super quiet girl who was in your class? That was me. I was afraid of voicing my opinion and embracing who I was in an effort to not stand out. I yearned to be different but was always too afraid to step away from the crowd. My fear kept me playing small and I was caught in this in-between place that I wasn’t happy about.
As time passed, the voice to step out on my own and make something of myself became louder and louder. I couldn't stop ignoring my heart. I couldn't stand waking up another day miserable. I made a conscious choice to finally turn this deep desire I had of creating my own business A REALITY.
I had no idea whatsoever as to how I was going to get from who and where I was to where I wanted to go, but I was determined to figure it out. Along the way, I had so many limiting beliefs that stopped me dead in my tracks.
Who do I think I am to want to start a business?
Me???...Trying to make it in the world?
I don’t have anything to offer.
Who would want to listen to me and what I have to say? I’m no expert.
What if I make the wrong decision?
What if I fail?
What if...I’m not good enough...
If you're here reading this, you might be feeling the same way. These limiting beliefs can have the power to keep us living the same reality day in and day out. Keeping us in our comfort zones; where we feel safe. Yet no where to grow.
I'm here to tell you, it doesn't have to be this way.
I want you to realize...
You are good enough. (No one is born perfect.)
You do have something to offer to the world. (We all have different gifts.)
You can step outside your comfort zone. (By retraining your thoughts.)
And you can create a life (and business) you love. (YES! YES YOU CAN! Repeat it with me!)
Let me ask you this, if we aren't the first ones to back ourselves and our dreams up, who will?
Once I started to retrain my mindset and thoughts, I started to see the direct impact it had on my life. Working through my own mindset blocks with a coach, I was able to see the power coaching entailed. I started to give myself permission to live life on my own terms. I no longer felt trapped, but free to explore, create, and show up for myself and the life I wanted, and that is exactly what I want for you.
My mission is to help support other beautiful women in creating a purposeful, impactful, and freedom-based lifestyle that is aligned with who they are at their cores. Nothing makes me happier than to see people finding, owning, and living out their truths, strengths, and voices every day. We are capable of so much more than we put ourselves out to believe, and you don’t have to do it alone. We can do this together.
